Visual identity and communication strategy for a travelling exhibition project. Client: University of La Laguna 'Canarias Diseña, Canarias diseñada. A journey through the graphic design that has marked our lives' is a project that highlights the value of the design of visual identities that has been present in our territory. A sample of brands that have been designed in the Canary Islands or that belong to companies whose activity has been or is carried out intensively in the islands, and that has a feeling of belonging to the place. Although the role of design in the construction of cultural identity has been widely studied from a theoretical point of view, there has been little study of the way in which graphic works produced in the Canary Islands have contributed to the construction of our identity, to the feeling of being Canarian. Graphic Identity and Communication: Lars Amundsen & Mayi Juárez. Exhibition design: Melián Estudio / Photography: Emeterio Suárez.
